Every lamp we ship is personalized just for you, so a little extra care goes into packing it before it leaves our workshop in Delhi. Here's exactly how shipping works at GiftyGlow.

Order Processing Time

Since each lamp is custom-made with your chosen name, photo, or message, we need a short lead time before it ships:

• Orders are engraved, assembled, and quality-checked within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
• During festive seasons (Diwali, Valentine's, Rakhi), processing may take up to 3 business days due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Partners

We ship pan-India through Shiprocket, which connects us with trusted courier partners to get your order to you quickly and safely, with tracking available at every step.

These timelines begin once your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase.

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on all orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999, shown at checkout before payment.
• No hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is final.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp so you can follow your lamp's journey right up to your doorstep.

Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier network issues, or events beyond our control. If your order is running late, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
