We want you to love your lamp — here's how returns and refunds work

Since every lamp is personalized with your name or photo, we handle returns a little differently — please read below.
Every GiftyGlow lamp is made specifically for you, so our return process is focused on making things right if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — not on general change-of-mind returns.
Return Eligibility
You can request a replacement or refund if:
- The lamp arrives damaged or broken in transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g. LED not working, cracked acrylic).
- You received the wrong name, design, or item from what you ordered.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing photo or video, so we can verify and resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, since each lamp is custom-engraved with your chosen name or photo.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
- Orders where the personalization details (spelling, name) were entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout.
How to Initiate a Return

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and issue.

Share Proof
Send a clear photo or short video of the damaged or incorrect item.

Get Resolved
We'll approve a replacement or refund within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded once the issue is verified.
- You'll receive a confirmation message once your refund is initiated.
Exchanges
If your lamp arrived damaged or defective, we'll happily send a free replacement instead of a refund, if you prefer — just let us know when you reach out to us.
